
My experience with acquisitions began several decades ago, when I was running my public company, Fisher Business Systems, Inc. I quickly found that what I enjoyed most was designing deals that satisfied everyone at the table.
After selling my own business, I wanted to help other owners navigate this pivotal process— finding the right buyer, securing the right price, and building the right deal that works for everyone.
My goal is to create well-structured transactions that honor the seller’s legacy and meet their objectives, while providing the buyer with a strong opportunity for return. The right deal should serve both sides and create lasting success that stands the test of time.
